2. Using a mirror, press the veneers firmly onto your existing teeth. Press them against your teeth and, with your thumbs, gently press the impression behind your real teeth.
3. After 30 seconds, carefully remove the veneers from your mouth and place them in a glass of cold water to cool. The impression material turns white when it hardens.
4. The impression is now based on your teeth and can be used as you wish.
